What the service does

Certanza scans publicly available pages of a website you submit and produces a report identifying common website-level risks based on Google Ads and Merchant Center policy expectations, with suggested fixes and, after a rescan, a draft appeal letter.

What the service does not do

• We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for Google.
• We do not guarantee that any ad, account or Merchant Center account will be approved or reinstated.
• Reports are informational and are not legal, regulatory or financial advice.
• We only see your public website. Google also reviews your ads, account, billing history and other sources.

Delivery

Everything we sell is digital. Your free results appear on screen as soon as the scan finishes. When you buy the full report, it unlocks straight away on the same page, and we email you a link so you can come back to it. Stay Approved check results arrive by email and in your account. Nothing is posted.

Your responsibilities

You confirm you own the website you scan or are authorised to have it scanned. You are responsible for the changes you make to your website and for the accuracy of anything you submit to Google, including the appeal letter, which you must review and edit so it is true.

Prices and payment

The free scan costs nothing. The full report and appeal pack costs £49.99 as a one-off payment and includes the number of rescans shown at purchase. Extra rescans are charged as shown before payment. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Stay Approved subscription

• Stay Approved costs £9.99 a month or £89.00 a year. It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
• It includes an automatic scan of one website each month, an email with the result, rescans when you ask (with a fair daily limit), and your score history.
• If you've bought a full report, your first 30 days are free. If you cancel before the free period ends, you won't be charged.
• You can cancel at any time from your account ("Manage billing"). You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• We'll tell you before any price change, and it will apply from your next renewal.
• Monthly checks look at your public website only and don't guarantee your accounts stay approved.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to scan sites you're not authorised to, to overload websites, or to resell reports as your own automated service without our agreement.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the report concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Changes don't affect reports you've already bought.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Isle of Man. If you're a consumer, you also keep any rights the law where you live gives you.
