Everything about the scan, your report, appeals, pricing and your data.

Suspensions and appeals

No one can promise that, and anyone who does is guessing. Google makes the decision, and it also looks at things no outside tool can see, like your ads, billing and account history. What we can do is find the problems on your website that most often cause suspensions, show you exactly how to fix them, and help you appeal with proof instead of hope.

That's exactly what the scan is for. Google names the policy but not the problem. Misrepresentation can mean a missing business address, a returns policy that contradicts your checkout, prices that don't match your product data, reviews you've awarded yourself, or a claim you can't prove. We check all of them and quote the exact text on your pages that's most likely to cause trouble.

Usually not. If you appeal before fixing the problem, the review is likely to be rejected, and repeated rejections can mean waiting longer before Google will look again. Fix the issues first, rescan to confirm they're gone, then appeal once with a clear list of what you changed.

After you've made your changes, run your included rescan. We compare it with your first scan and write a letter that lists only the fixes we can actually see on your live site. Nothing is exaggerated, so nothing in it can be caught out. You review it, edit it if you like, and send it to Google.

Then that's useful to know too. It points to something outside your website, such as your ads, billing, a linked account or how the account was set up. Your report tells you clearly what passed, so you can focus your appeal, or your conversation with Google support, on the right thing.

Yes, both. Choose the reason Google gave you when you start the scan, from misrepresentation and unacceptable business practices to circumventing systems, restricted content, counterfeit goods and more, and we rank your issues by that policy. You can also paste your ad text to check it against your website.

The scan

Your public website, the way a Google reviewer sees it: who runs the business, contact details, returns, refund, delivery and privacy policies, prices and stock against your product data, checkout, claims and wording, reviews and ratings, restricted products, broken pages, redirects and signs of a hack. That's 80+ checks across 10 policy areas.

Yes. The scan works out which country your business is based in and checks your site against what's expected there: an Impressum in Germany, mentions légales in France, a KvK number in the Netherlands, an ABN in Australia, and the 14-day right to cancel in the UK and EU. It reads sites in English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish and Polish, and your report says which country's rules it used. Reports are written in English, and a few detailed wording checks only run on English pages.

Yes. Every full report includes a policy writer. If your returns, delivery, privacy or terms policy is missing or weak, or you need a legal notice like an Impressum, we write a draft for your business. It uses the details we found on your website and follows the consumer and privacy rules of the country you trade in. Every draft is checked by our scanner before you see it, and anything we couldn't confirm, like who pays return postage, is highlighted for you to fill in. Read it through before you publish: it's a strong starting point, not legal advice.

Usually a few minutes. You can leave the page while it runs and we'll email you the link.

No. We never ask for passwords or access to Google Ads, Merchant Center or your website. We only read the public pages any visitor can see, and we never change anything.

Any public website, including Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, Squarespace, BigCommerce and custom-built sites. Shops, service businesses and lead-gen sites each get the checks that fit them.

Some sites block automated visitors, for example with a Cloudflare check. If that happens we tell you straight away, and you're never charged for a scan that didn't finish.

Yes, and you need to know this before you appeal. Some categories need Google certification before ads can run at all, whatever your website says, and some products can't be advertised. We flag these clearly so you don't waste an appeal on something no website change can fix.

Pricing and plans

The scan is free, with no card needed. The full report and appeal pack is £49.99, paid once, and includes 1 rescan. Extra rescans are £9.99 each. No subscription unless you choose one.

You can, but agencies often charge far more and take days to get back to you. Certanza gives you the same kind of website review in minutes, with the evidence, the fixes and the appeal letter, for one fixed price. If you'd still like an expert, your report gives them everything they need.

An optional plan that rescans your website automatically every month and emails you an all-clear, or an alert if something changes, such as an edited policy, a new claim or a broken page. You can also rescan whenever you like and see your score history.

Yes, at any time from your account. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.

You're only charged after a scan has finished. If something goes wrong on our side, we'll rescan for free or refund you. And if you're not happy with your report, tell us within 7 days and we'll review it fairly.

Yes. Run a scan for each client's website and share the report or PDF with them. If you'd like to use it regularly, get in touch.
