# Delivery policy

Certanza is a digital service, so there's nothing to post and nothing to pay for delivery.

The short version

- Everything is delivered online. Nothing is posted.
- Free scan results appear in a few minutes.
- Your full report unlocks as soon as payment goes through.
- No delivery charge, wherever you are in the world.

## What you receive

- **Free scan:** your score, risk level and most serious problem, shown on screen at a private link, which we also email to you.
- **Full report:** the issues we find with evidence and fixes, policies written for your business and an action plan, online at the same private link, with a PDF you can download.
- **Rescans and appeal letter:** run from your report page whenever you're ready. The appeal letter is written after a rescan confirms your fixes.

## How long delivery takes

- A free scan usually finishes within a few minutes. You can close the page: we email the link when it's ready.
- If you buy the full report after a free scan, it unlocks on the same page straight away, and we email you the link.
- If you pay before the scan runs, your full report opens as soon as the scan finishes, usually within a few minutes.

## Delivery cost and where we deliver

There's no delivery charge. Certanza works for websites in any country and is available worldwide, with prices in pounds or US dollars. All you need is an email address and a web browser.

## If something doesn't arrive

- Check your spam or junk folder for our email, or open your reports from [My account](https://www.certanza.app/account) using the email address you scanned with.
- If a scan can't read your website and you've paid, we refund you automatically. See our [refund policy](https://www.certanza.app/refunds) .
- Still stuck? Email [support@certanza.app](mailto:support@certanza.app) with your website address and we'll help, usually within one working day.
